Labor – Coffee & Espresso Repair Solutions warranties all service labor for a period of 30 days. We do not, of course, guarantee parts other than those we install or purchase through our authorized channels (i.e. used parts, ebay parts etc…). If repairs later become necessary due to other defective parts, they will be charged separately
Parts – All parts purchased through Coffee & Espresso Repair Solutions will be warrantied in accordance to manufacturer specifications.
Used Parts – Coffee & Espresso Repair Solutions will install parts supplied by customers with no warranty.
Equipment Warranty –
Equipment – All new equipment purchased from Coffee & Espresso Repair Solutions will be warrantied based on manufacturers specifications.
Labor – Coffee & Espresso Repair Solutions will warranty labor on new equipment based on manufacturers requirements.
Terms of Payment –
Labor – Net 10 days from date of service completed unless otherwise stated on invoice.
Late Fee – After 10 days a $50 late fee will be applied.
Returned Payment Fee – A $50 NSF fee will be applied to all returned payments.
New Equipment – New Equipment may require a non-refundable 75% deposit at time of order and be Paid In Full prior to installation. Any other agreements must be in writing and initialed by all parties on sales invoice.
Off-Site Repair – Off-Site Repair may require a non-refundable $150 deposit for espresso machines and a $75 deposit for all other equipment (brewers, grinders, etc…). This deposit will be credited towards the final bill.
Storage Fee/Abandoned Equipment – Coffee & Espresso Repair Solutions may charge a $5 per day storage fee for any equipment left longer than 30 days past completion date. Coffee & Espresso Repair Solutions will consider any property left 90 days past date of completion abandoned and will take ownership of said property. After 90 days Coffee & Espresso Repair Solutions reserves the right to sell any equipment to recover fees.
